testing

What tests must i do?

ADR Tanker training does not involve a DVSA driving test. Instead, you’ll complete a series of official ADR examinations, which are required by UK law for transporting dangerous goods.

During the course, you will sit multiple-choice exams covering the ADR Core module and the Tanker specialism, assessing your knowledge of safety regulations, tanker operations, hazard awareness, and emergency procedures. These exams are taken at the end of the course and are administered through the UK’s approved ADR testing body.

Once all required exams are passed, you’ll be issued with your ADR certificate, which is valid for 5 years and allows you to legally carry hazardous liquids and gases in bulk tankers throughout the UK and Europe.

Your training advisor will guide you through exactly which modules you need based on your role and ensure you are fully prepared before sitting the exams.
